Early Bird Drop Off
We offer a
convenient and secure drop off box to leave your keys before or after
business hours. Please fill out the key drop envelope and drop it in the
key drop slot. Remember to lock your vehicle.
Late Night Pick-up
If you won’t be
able to pick up your car until after we are closed just call us ahead and
provide us with a credit card number for payment. We will be happy to
put the receipts and keys inside the car and lock it. It is important
for you to bring your spare keys when you come to pick up your car as we
will not leave the vehicle unlocked. Payment must be made prior to
picking up the car or it will be locked in our lot.
Free Courtesy Shuttle
Service
We provide our
customers with a FREE shuttle service in a Limo to their destination
(within 15 miles). We want to minimize the inconvenience of not having your
car and make it a fun ride at the same time.
$15.00 Per Day Rental
Vehicles
We have rental
vehicles available for you while your car is being repaired. Just tell your
service consultant you want a $15.00 per day loaner car and one will be
made available for you at check-in.
Requirements:
• $15.00
per day plus tax for the first two days
• $20.00 per day for each additional day
• Driver must be 21 with a valid driver's license, credit cad, and
proof of insurance
• Up to 150 miles per day, then 10 cents per mile
• Loaner car does not apply to oil changes
Appointments
Appointments
are recommended. We do this so that our customers can reduce their
waiting time and better plan their day. Of course walk-ins are always
welcomed!
Warranty
We guarantee
the workmanship of all our jobs for 24 months or 24,000 miles. We use only
quality parts to minimize problems with defects so that your car can
perform properly. Parts are guaranteed for the duration of the
manufacturer's warranty.
Our Policy on Old Parts
If you would
like your old parts returned to you, please tell our Service
Representative when you drop off your vehicle and we will be happy to
return them to you. Please be aware that some parts have core charges
and must be returned to the manufacturer. In that case you may have
the old part if you pay the core charge. Ask us and we will let you
know which ones have a core charge applied.

Vehicle Pickup and
Delivery Service
Upon request,
Motoring Services offers a complimentary service to pick up your vehicle
for repair service and deliver it to you upon completion.
