The only place I take my car for service. They are on time, discuss all needed repairs and continue the excellent customer service every time. I receive a reminder for regularly scheduled maintenance, a detailed explanation of suggested repairs and a free ride to and from my work. They are normally finished in one business day and keep in phone contact throughout the service. The staff both up front and in the mechanics group are courteous and friendly. Their prices are excellent and they have made getting my car services a breeze. I have finally found the place where all the worry and stress over maintaining a car is gone. As a female, this is particularly important to me, I am never left out of the loop or treated as if I wouldn't understand the necessary repairs. They respond quickly but take as much time going over the process as I want. Definitely the go to auto repair for the Tri-Cities!

Motoring Services is the place to take your vehicle they are friendly and very fair they keep you updated as to how the work is going they do great work and will give you a ride home if you need it and they will come and get you when your vehicle is finished.

His perseverance to figure out my mysterious check engine light was way above and beyond my expectations, it took days of research on his end but he kept me posted the whole time, he found the problem and came up with a solution. Highly recommend. They do customer service as it should be, constant and all encompassing. Their prices are upfront and fair. They offer free pickup and drop off so your day isn't affected and explain all your choices with suggestions for all necessary repair and cover several options. They stay in contact and finish and show up when promised. They never try to alarm and pressure to increase their own sale, as a female this is particularly important to me. This company understands the importance of customer loyalty and the value of customer referral. Great experience.

I trust this place and the work they have done for me, but I think thats partly due to my expectation along with their high rates. Customer service/experience is average if not lower than competitors.
