I have since changed my review to this statement: I had it wrong. Motoring Services is a standup business! The manager had me call him to explain he had been out of town. If he had been here, he would have fixed the issue for free. Since the work was already done, he gave me a full refund. He sounded like a very nice guy who stands behind his work 100%. He even gave me a $50 credit the next time I come in to keep me as a repeat customer. I am so impressed with how professional Mike was. My original review: I don't normally write bad reviews, unless it's really bad. I went to Motoring Services for a 75,000 checkup for $1,500 and "all was good" with my transmission fluid. When I went to Mister's to get an oil change, they let me know I needed a flush due to the brown color of the transmission fluid. When I went back to ask Motoring services why they didn't perform a flush a month ago, they said that at the time, it was ok, but now, I need one. Also, it would cost $200 more dollars. I am not ok with auto shops not performing the work properly the first time, only to make the customer pay for their mistake the second time they come in. I will not spend my money here ever again.
Sorry to hear this Melyssa. You will not need to go anywhere, call and schedule the flush. If you already paid for it It will get done at no charge. Sorry just getting to see this post today, normal customer service practice we should have helped you at that time. Sorry for the issue, let's resolve it!
