What a great organization! I was in town from Walla Walla to visit family (after Costco), when my Honda began to misbehave off Gage. Too uncertain of my problem to drive too far, not even into Richland, I made the half-mile trip to Motoring Services after talking to Mike on the phone. He said to come on over! Mike also offered alternative service firms to address my problem, if I did decide to limp into Richland. Even though I had no appointment, and they had plenty of on-site work and more coming in the door, Tyler got my Honda diagnosed and taken care of. Maybe I'll not clutter up my instrument panel with gas receipts, pens, etc., so that I can actually see my Check Engine Light symbol, just saying. The lobby is comfortable (Pandora, water, coffee, comfy seating), Jody was great at keeping me updated on progress and explaining the technical aspects of my issue, and the hour went by quickly. The staff are all knowledgeable and very professional! I recommend them highly!

Thanks for getting me over a strange electrical problem that caused me stress in the rainy cold this week.

I had to go in for a follow up on an AC leak. Last month I had them recharge the system with refrigerant that also has a dye in it. The dye will show up using a UV light. It turns out that my air conditioner compressor is leaking and will have to be replaced. The follow up was on a walk in basis. They got me in very quickly and unfortunately for me gave me the bad news.
