They explain every recommendation for repair, they stay in constant contact, they offer free shuttle service and their prices are very fair. I had no problem getting an appointment and they have online scheduling on their website. Their customer service is excellent-they're polite friendly and experienced mechanics. Definitely try them the next time your car needs winterized or repaired. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience here. When I called I spoke with David, he was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything. He took extra time to understand what was going on with the car, listening and asking appropriate questions to help fully diagnosis the car. I got regular updates on the status and was informed prior to every step. Making sure I understood what was needed, and why. They were competitively priced. The main thing that sticks out to me is how friendly and knowledgeable David was, it gave me peace of mind through the whole process, and even when he was explaining what might of been bad news about the car, he was professional and honest, yet had a caring and concerned demeanor.

Louise the mechanic was very thorough and although the diagnosis fee is spendy, you get more than your money's worth. More than just diagnose the problem but thoroughly go through your vehicle and note any and all issues that honestly need addressing . (No scam) patiently explained the issue and answered all my questions. Friendly front desk and staff all around. Got my repair done earlier than expected and they found extra coupon to help with the price. Definitely my new mechanic.
