Great shop. Really friendly service staff. I took my Jeep in with some noise issues I had, and Eddie was able to diagnose and reduce the noise....tho I still hear it while accelerating. Service charge was very fair. One suggestion, they have a request appointment on their website, which I used twice and didn't hear back either time. I'd suggest just going in and talking to them in person.

Motoring Services scheduled me in a timely manner when I called for an appointment. I've had trouble scheduling with other mechanic services, including not getting call backs. Motoring Services acted like they cared. They completed the work in a decent time. Their waiting room was comfortable. They provided an estimate on another repair I was anticipating and scheduled my vehicle for that work next week. I asked for an estimate on a third repair which they said wasn't necessary at this time. Motoring Services comes across as an honest business.

Excellent customer communication! My 2004 GMC truck needed a lot of work to make it safe. We split the project into two sections to work with my finances. Just picked up the finished second half. What a great job!
